With over 6,000 active members, the Townsend Harris Alumni Association is a valuable resource for mentoring. Our members can provide mentoring to fellow Harrisites for professional goals as well as college and graduate school selection. If you would like to volunteer to offer mentoring, please let us know at mentoring@thaa.org. If you wish to speak with a fellow Harrisite for career or educational advice, also contact us at mentoring@thaa.org. Please provide us with as much information as possible (professional, academic goals or college choices) so we may best match you.

Starting in 2009, each year, the Alumni Association holds a “College Mentoring Week” whereby current seniors who have received acceptances from individual colleges and universities may contact alumni who are also alumni of those colleges and universities. Mentors are asked to be ready to speak or email with the seniors during that week, although the exact timing is flexible and left up to the individual mentors and seniors. If you are interested in providing guidance to current seniors, please contact us at mentoring@thaa.org.
